NGC's 650/651, also known as M76, The Little Dumbell Nebula, Barbell Nebula, or Cork Nebula, is a bipolar planetary nebula located approximately 2500 light-years away in the constellaion Perseus.  It was discovered by Pierre Mechain in 1780 and was included in Charles Messier's catalog as #76.
